A New Way To Eat After 7PM | Week Two

My life has change drastically since I became a mom… I stopped taking care of myself. I stopped taking care of my health. Ultimately, I stopped loving myself. I used to enjoy going to the gym and I loved hot yoga. I just couldn’t find the motivation to do anything anymore. However, I realized 3 years later that my lack of motivation cost me a new wardrobe. I started gaining so much weight and it greatly affected my self-esteem and confidence. However, I am proud to say that I am ready for change and I want to get back into my old size.

When I heard about Joel’s book “Always Eat After 7 PM” I knew if there was one thing I can control right now- it is my diet!!! Did you know? “Always eat after 7pm” lets you enjoy huge dinners, desserts, and CARBS- while you’re on the diet plan!! Joel shares that, “eating carbs at night allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.” I couldn’t believe I was hearing this! The diet plan was so easy to follow and while any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere. Plus, it took Joel several years to research before he discovered the real science of eating late night. Don’t wait for 3 years to go by like me… You can start today.
