Here’s a quick update on my weight-loss journey: Not only have I lost a few pounds already, but I have more energy these days to enjoy my two girls. I have energy to walk faster while I carry Kaitlyn and I am able to walk longer too. Every-single-night we walk anywhere from 1-3 miles and I feel great.     First time to hear this diet technique. I recall the fad before which says don’t eat after six. This is totally the opposite
    I shpuld probably try this out too.

    This is definitely an interesting post! Thanks for sharing all the info with us, I know a lot of people are afraid to eat after a set amount of time but a lot of studies have been proving that wrong.
