Here’s a quick update on my weight-loss journey: Not only have I lost a few pounds already, but I have more energy these days to enjoy my two girls. I have energy to walk faster while I carry Kaitlyn and I am able to walk longer too. Every-single-night we walk anywhere from 1-3 miles and I feel great. The best part about this diet plan is learning about meal plans and healthy recipes! I’m also drinking more water and I am really proud of myself. Most importantly, I love that I am still eating after 7PM and still losing weight!

Bestselling author, Joel Marion, is a fitness expert and nutritionist debunking the myths underlying traditional dieting and offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program. It’s like he could read my mind when he wrote:

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

Side note: I’m so glad some of you did personally reached out and let me know that you also started the book/diet plan. I am excited for you because just like mine- your life is about to change. Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase. http://bit.ly/32oR90L

We don’t have that specific time to eat at night when the lockdown started. Looks interesting to try.

This is definitely an interesting post! Thanks for sharing all the info with us, I know a lot of people are afraid to eat after a set amount of time but a lot of studies have been proving that wrong.
