A New Way To Eat After 7PM! Week One

I always thought eating late was against all the rules?! However, this book gets right to it and Joel provide studies and share his own experience on battling weight. 12 lbs down in the first 2 weeks, 46 lbs after 16 weeks, flatter abs and more energy… what?! SIGN ME UP!!! But what really struck a chord with me was this: “Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”

Having the energy to keep up with my girls was at the TOP of my list of health goals and I just desperately want to get back into my old body-shape! I’m excited to dive in and I’ll post an update next week, so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out this video on Joel’s top tips for success.

    I used to think that one must not eat after 6. Now there’s this whole new eat after 7pm. It’s getting a bit confusing hahaha.

    Sometimes it is hard to decline on awesome food even after 7pm. Its better to sleep with happy face with full stomach than sleep regretting not to eat.
