How To Maintain a Healthy Body, Mind & Soul!

There’s an old saying that a good mom is a mom who puts their child first and although there are many truths to that- I however, believe that you cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself. With that, I encourage all moms to practice ‘Self-Love & Self-Care.’ It is not a selfish motive but rather much needed. So many women lose themselves in motherhood and slowly fade away from their interests and passions without even realizing it’s happening.

Today, I want you to know that you deserve your love!!! and you’re allowed to love yourself the way you love your husband and your children! This might not come as a surprise, but one thing I do for self-care is wear clothes that makes me feel good. Fashion has always been my thing! It helps me stay connected with myself and allows me to be creative, motivated and inspired.

    Reading. It resets me mentally. I use to read all day. Now, I'm good with at least 2 hours a day.
